2nd Annual Veterans Golf Outing Sponsored by CMAC
On Saturday, August 6th, CMAC (Constellation Militaries Actively Connected) will host our 2nd Annual Veterans Golf Outing at Oak Springs Golf Course in St. Anne, IL.
This year’s outing proceeds will support Friends of Fisher House-Illinois (FOFH-IL). FOFH-IL’s mission is to provide humanitarian assistance to veterans and their families during medical crises. Their tax ID number is 26-3057560.

Signature Sponsorships
- Bronze (up to $250) Includes a thank you card from CMAC and Fisher House.
- Silver ($250-$500) Includes a thank you card from CMAC and Fisher House, and CMAC event gift.
- Gold ($500-$1,000) includes all the above and a hole sponsorship.
- Platinum (+$1,000) includes all the above, thank you plaque from CMAC/Fisher House to be presented at the outing and special recognition at dinner.
All vendors that donate will be recognized on signage.
Outing Format
Four-person scramble, eighteen holes, shotgun start at 7:00 a.m. SHARP!
Cost to Golf
$125.00 per player includes everything – golf, cart, beverages,
food on the course, steak dinner after golf and door prizes.
