As veterans, they truly understand how vital it is for families to be by their loved ones sides as they recover from injuries and illness,” states Betty Stamatis, President – FOFH-IL.

“The funding FOFH-IL provides for families to stay as long as necessary at Hines VA Fisher House free of charge with meals, special needs and quality of life outings is the kind of humanitarian support not provided by the Dept. of Defense or Dept. of VA.”
